Shipping

Mrs Fray offers shipping within Australia. Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout dependent on the contents of your order. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. When purchasing a wedding gown online at Mrs Fray shipping and handling is the responsibility of the designer and charged at a flat rate of $80 AUD which includes insurance. Your purchase will be shipped to you throughout Australia via the designers’ chosen shipping partners.

Returns

Refunds or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances on wedding gowns, separates or veils as they are made to order designs. Other items purchased at Mrs Fray may be granted a refund or exchange if returned unused within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at theladies@mrsfray.com for any enquiries in regards to returns.

Refunds

Returns will be assessed and, if accepted, refunds will be reversed onto the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability and can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.
