Personalised fitting appointments are available Wednesday-Sunday.
We invite you to choose a day and time that suits you best to start your dress shopping experience below. If your preferred day and time isn’t available, please reach out to us via email to join our wait list.

Please note, Fitting Room A & B are the same, so just book the day and time that suits you best.

  • Appointments are essential at Mrs Fray and an appointment fee of $30 is required to secure your first fitting. Follow up appointments are complimentary.

    Your appointment fee is not refundable if you cancel your appointment. However you may reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Our studio is designed to offer an intimate and considered experience, with seating for the bride and up to three guests. To maintain a calm, spacious atmosphere for all brides, we kindly ask that no additional guests attend.

    If you wish to include additional loved ones in your journey, we would be delighted to welcome you back for a follow-up appointment — a lovely opportunity to share the experience with others.

  • Our appointments book out quickly, especially for weekends. If your preferred date is fully booked please contact us with your preferred day, time and contact number to be added to our wait list and we’ll be in touch if a spot becomes available.

  • Our designer require anywhere from 4-6 months for made-to-order gowns to be created. (plus an additional 6-8 weeks for any alterations that may be required once your dress arrives). We suggest keeping in mind a minimum lead time of 8 months working back from your wedding date.

    If your wedding is within the next 6 months please contact us before booking an appointment to discuss rush order options and in stock styles.

  • Our made-to-order gowns range in price from $3,500-$8,000. With the majority of gowns sitting within the $4,500-$6,600 price range.

    Our Merci pre-loved collection features pre-loved and sample gowns ranging in price from $2,000-$5,000.

  • We host trunk show collections throughout the year and offer specific trunk show appointments where you can indulge our designers’ newest creations. You can also try on styles from our permanent collection if time permits.
